Career Rasmussen was alleged to have produced psychokinetic phenomena, such as moving pendulums in sealed glass cases. She was endorsed as genuine by the psychical researcher Harry Price. Christian Winther (1873–1968) of the Danish Society for Psychical Research investigated her mediumship, producing a favourable report in 1930. The report was later disputed as new experiments from researchers at the University of Copenhagen in 1945 suggested all her phenomena could be explained by physical causes. Anna Rasmussen (Samoa)
Anne Rasmussen is a Samoan climate expert from Samoa. At the 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) she was the chief negotiator for the Alliance of Small Island States. Life Rasmussen was brought up on Samoa which is a country made up of six small Pacific islands. She studied geography at the University of the South Pacific and graduated. She went on to gain a post graduate qualification in climate change. In 2009 she first became involved in representing her country in climate negotiations and by COP18 in 2012 in Doha, she was co-chairing meetings. At COP24 she began leading the negotiations on climate finance, the Green Climate Fund and the Global Environment Facility for the Alliance of Small Island States (AOSIS). In 2022, at COP27 she was a vice-president organising the election of officers of regional groups for the climate negotiations process. At COP28 she was the Chief Negotiator for AOSIS. Anne Rasmussen (politician)
Anne Rasmussen (born 14 April 1971) is a Danish politician, who is a member of the Folketing for the Venstre political party. She entered parliament on 12 August 2021 as a replacement for Tommy Ahlers after he resigned his seat. Political career Rasmussen ran in the 2019 Danish general election General elections were held in the Kingdom of Denmark on 5 June 2019 to elect all 179 members of the Folketing; 175 in Denmark proper, two in the Faroe Islands and two in Greenland. The elections took place ten days after the European Parliament ..., where she received 545 votes. This was not enough for her to get elected, but she got listed 3rd on the substitute list for Venstre in the Copenhagen constituency. When Tommy Ahlers resigned his parliamentary seat on 12 August 2021, the 1st and 2nd substitutes were initially called upon to replace him in parliament.
