Anhui Wenyi Basketball Club, (in Chinese: 安徽文一篮球俱乐部) commonly known as simply Anhui Wenyi, are a Chinese professional basketball club based in Hefei, Anhui. The team plays in the National Basketball League. Founded in 2013, Wenyi won its first NBL championship in 2016. The owner of the team is Anhui Wenyi Investment Holding Group. Jonathan Gibson (basketball)
Jonathan Mychal Gibson (born November 8, 1987) is an American professional basketball player for the Sagesse Sports Club of the Lebanese Basketball League. He played college basketball for New Mexico State before playing professionally in Turkey, Israel, Italy, China and Iran. He made a name for himself in China, earning the league's scoring title in both the 2013–14 and the 2015–16 season, with 32.5 and 42 points per game respectively. Pierre Deshawn Jackson (born August 29, 1991) is an American professional basketball player for Capitanes de Arecibo of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). He played college basketball for the College of Southern Idaho and Baylor University in which he was one of the top college players in the 2012–13 season. Ricardo Julio Ledo (born September 10, 1992) is an American professional basketball player for the Beirut Club of the Lebanese Basketball League. Dakari Naeem Johnson (born September 22, 1995) is an American professional basketball player for the Changsha Wantian Yongsheng of the National Basketball League, the Second tier of professional basketball in China. Jameel Marcus Warney (born January 31, 1994) is an American professional basketball player for the Seoul SK Knights of the Korean Basketball League (KBL). He played college basketball for the Stony Brook Seawolves, leading the team to its first ever appearance in the NCAA Tournament and graduating as the school's all-time leader in several career categories.
