Andy MacNae (born 29 April 1965) is a British Labour Party politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Rossendale and Darwen since 2024. A keen cyclist, he is a trustee of Cycling UK. He is the director of Venture Extreme Consultancy Limited, whose website describes him as "a leading authority on the development of extreme sport and adventure destinations." Sir James Jacob Gilchrist Berry (born 29 December 1978) is a British Conservative Party politician and former solicitor who served as Chairman of the Conservative Party and Minister without Portfolio from 6 September to 25 October 2022. He previously served as Minister for the Northern Powerhouse from 2017 to 2020 in the governments of Theresa May and Boris Johnson.
