''An Army of Shapes Between Wars'' is the second album by the Long Island band Action Action, released in 2006 by Victory Records. Release On November 23, 2005, ''An Army of Shapes Between Wars'' was announced for release in two months' time. Until the end of the year, Action Action went on a US tour with Men, Women & Children. On January 18, 2006, "Paper Cliche" was posted on the band's PureVolume profile. ''An Army of Shapes Between Wars'' was made available for streaming on January 23, 2006 through AOL Music, before being released the following day through Victory Records. To promote it, the band played a series of in-store performances at various record stores on the East Coast in January and February 2006, which was followed by a support slot for Men, Women & Children on their headlining West Coast tour. Action Action
Action Action was an American indie rock band, formerly signed to Victory Records. History Action Action was formed in 2004 by members of The Reunion Show, Count The Stars and Diffuser. The band signed with Victory Records and released their first album, '' Don't Cut Your Fabric to This Year's Fashion'' (2004), and released their second album '' An Army of Shapes Between Wars'' in 2006. In the same year, Action Action toured with Maxeen, Morningwood, The Sounds, Jonezetta, We Are The Fury, The Cult and Something for Rockets on various legs of their US tours. Morningwood
Morningwood was an alternative rock band from New York City. Founded in 2001, it primarily consisted of Pedro Yanowitz and Chantal Claret. Morningwood was signed to Capitol Records and released two albums. Claret went solo in 2012 and folded the band. Career Morningwood's self-titled debut album was produced by Gil Norton, known for his work with Pixies, the Foo Fighters, and Echo & the Bunnymen. Singles from the album include " Nth Degree", "Jetsetter" and "New York Girls." In support of the album, the band toured with Mindless Self Indulgence, Head Automatica, Gang of Four, Kasabian, The Sounds and The FireTheft on various legs of their US tour in 2006. Their song "Nth Degree" has been used in several Mercury vehicle commercials, which featured actress Jill Wagner. Danger Radio (sometimes stylized as Danger: Radio) was an American rock band from Edmonds, Washington. Career 2003–07: ''The Difference Between Love and Envy '' Danger Radio's lead vocalist ( Andrew de Torres of The Scene Aesthetic) and drummer (Nico Hartikainen) met in middle school. My American Heart is an American rock band from San Diego, California, formed in 2001. Originally named No Way Out, the band released two studio albums through Warcon Enterprises and toured the world before disbanding in late 2009. They reunited in 2017. History My American Heart gained local fame from many local SoCal venues from which they played. Due to legal troubles concerning their name, the band changed their name from No Way Out to My American Heart to reflect the ethnic and national duality the original members identified with.
