Mata Amritanandamayi Math
The Mata Amritanandamayi Math (MAM) is an international charitable organization aimed at the spiritual and material upliftment of humankind. It was founded by Indian people, Indian spiritual leader and humanitarian Mata Amritanandamayi in 1981, with its headquarters in Paryakadavu, Alappad, Alappad Panchayat, Kollam district, Kerala and is also known as Amritapuri. Along with its sister organization, the Mata Amritanandamayi Mission Trust, MAM conducts charitable work including disaster relief, healthcare for the poor, environmental programs, fighting hunger and scholarships for impoverished students, amongst others. Namboothiri (artist)
Karuvattu Mana Vasudevan Namboothiri (13 September 1925 – 7 July 2023), better known as Artist Namboothiri or simply Namboothiri, was an Indian painter and sculptor, known for his line art and copper relief works. He illustrated for many Malayalam writers such as Thakazhy Shivasankara Pillai, Kesavadev, M. T. Vasudevan Nair, Uroob, S. K. Pottekkatt, Edasseri Govindan Nair, and V.K.N., and was one of the most prolific literary illustrators of India. He was also a chairman of the Kerala Lalithakala Akademi. The Akademi awarded him the Raja Ravi Varma Award in 2003. He was also a recipient of the Kerala State Film Award for Best Art Director. Sri Mātā Amritānandamayī Devi (born Sudhamani Idamannel; 27 September 1953), often known as Amma ("Mother"), is an Indian Hindu spiritual leader, guru and humanitarian, who is revered as 'the hugging Hindu saint, saint' by her followers. (Acharya) Narendra Bhooshan (Acharyaji) was an Indian linguist, scholar, orator, writer, translator, journalist and publisher. He was a scholar in Sanskrit, Malayalam, Hindi and English. Akkitham Achuthan Namboothiri (18 March 1926 – 15 October 2020), popularly known as Akkitham, was an Indian poet and essayist who wrote in Malayalam. He was known for a simple and lucid style of writing, exploring themes of profound love and compassion in his works. Some of his prominent works included ''Irupatham Noottandinte Ithihasam'' (English: Epic of the 20th century), ''Balidarshanam'' (English: The vision of Bali)'','' and ''Nimisha Kshetram'' (English: Holy moment)''.'' Thuravoor Viswambharan (5 September 1943 – 20 October 2017), was a Sanskrit scholar, active social worker and writer from the Thuravoor village in the southern state Kerala in India. Ambalapuzha Gopakumar
Thathamathu Nanupilla Gopakumaran Nair (27 June 1944 – 21 July 2024) was an Indian Malayalam poet, historian, orator and writer from Kerala. He was the recipient of the Kerala State Institute of Children's Literature Award, in 2012. Gopakumar was also the author of 'History of Ambalapuzha Sree Krishna Temple' which describes the origin and history of Amabalapuzha and the famous Sreekrishna Temple. Acharya M. R. Rajesh, (born 31 May 1972), better known as Acharyasri Rajesh is an Indian Spiritual Guru, Vedic Educator, and Author, Founder of World's first Veda temple. As he was born in an orthodox Namboodiri family, he was able to  learn Vedas from his father Subramanyan Namboodiri himself. It was from V.S. Harshavardhanan he learnt Vyakarana and Nyaya (Indian logic).
