Amichai Chikli (; born 12 September 1981) Mako, 5 April 2021 is an Israeli politician currently serving as the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs, Minister of Diaspora Affairs. He served in the List of members of the twenty-fourth Knesset, 24th Knesset as part of the Yamina party slate, and in the List of members of the twenty-fifth Knesset, 25th Knesset as part of Likud. The Egoz Unit (, lit. "Walnut Unit", Egoz being the acronym for "anti-guerrilla and small-scale warfare"), officially Unit 621, is an elite Israel Defense Forces (IDF) commando unit specializing in anti-guerrilla warfare, special reconnaissance, and direct action. The Citizenship and Entry into Israel Law (Temporary Order) 5763 is an Israeli law first passed on 31 July 2003. The thirty-sixth government of Israel, or the Bennett–Lapid government, was the cabinet of Israel that was formed on 13 June 2021 after the 2021 Israeli legislative election, 2021 Knesset elections. Meretz
Meretz (, ; ) was a left-wing political party in Israel. The party was formed in 1992 by the merger of Ratz, Mapam and Shinui, and was at its peak between 1992 and 1996 when it had 12 seats. It had no seats in the Knesset following its failure to pass the electoral threshold in the 2022 elections, the only time it failed to win seats in the Knesset. Meretz was a social democratic and secular party emphasising a two-state solution to the Israeli–Palestinian conflict, social justice, human rights (especially for religious, ethnic and sexual minorities), religious freedom and environmentalism. April 2019 Israeli Legislative Election
Early legislative elections were held in Israel on 9 April 2019 to elect the 120 members of the 21st Knesset. Elections had been due in November 2019, but were brought forward following a dispute between members of the current government over a bill on national service for the ultra-Orthodox population, as well as impending corruption charges against incumbent Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Netanyahu's Likud tied with Blue and White alliance of Benny Gantz, both winning 35 seats. New Right (Israel)
The New Right (, ''HaYamin HeHadash'') is a right-wing political party in Israel, established in December 2018 by Ayelet Shaked and Naftali Bennett. The New Right aims to be a right-wing party open to both religious and secular people. Amihai () is an Israeli settlement organized as a communal settlement in the Shilo settlement bloc in the West Bank. In it had a population of . The international community considers all Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, which the Israeli government disputes. There is a plan to expand Amihai both west and east, and to include the outpost of Adei Ad (currently illegal even under Israeli law) in its jurisdiction, thereby legalizing the outpost.
