AlphaDream Games
was a Japanese video game development company founded in 2000 by Tetsuo Mizuno and Chihiro Fujioka in Tokyo, Japan. In partnership with Nintendo, it produced software for the Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS, and Nintendo Switch, including the ''Mario & Luigi'' series. The company's staff included former developers from Square (video game company), Square, such as Yoshihiko Maekawa. On October 1, 2019, AlphaDream was shut down after filing for bankruptcy. is a Japanese video game developer and publisher, mainly known for their '' Tenchu'' and '' Way of the Samurai'' series. History Acquire was founded on December 6, 1994, and in 1998 developed '' Tenchu: Stealth Assassins'' for the PlayStation, which turned into a franchise.
