Al-Shabab Dubai
Al Shabab Al Arabi Club (), or simply Al Shabab, was an Emirati professional football and basketball club based in Dubai, that competed in the UAE Arabian Gulf League. The club was founded in 1958. In 2017, the club merged with Dubai CSC to join Al Ahli Dubai, which was rebranded as Shabab Al Ahli Club. Dubai CSC
Dubai Cultural Sports Club () was a football (soccer), football club based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. In 2017 merged with Al Shabab (Dubai), Al Shabab to join Al-Ahli to rebrand the club into Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai FC. History The club was relegated in 2007 to the UAE Second Division and played three years in the league, before returning in 2010 to the UAE League. Dubai CSC were to play Nottingham Forest F.C., Nottingham Forest in a pre-season friendly on 11 July 2013, the first time that they will have hosted a Europe, European club. 2011–12 UAE Pro League
The 2011–12 UAE Pro League season (known as ''Etisalat Pro League'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 37th top-level football season in the UAE, and the fourth Professional season. Al Jazira were the defending champions, having won their 1st Pro League title in the 2010–11 campaign after being runner-up for three times in a row. Al Dhafra and Ittihad Kalba were relegated from the previous season. Ajman Club and Emirates Club were promoted from the UAE Division 1 Group A. The campaign began on 15 October 2011 and ended on 27 May 2012. Teams Ittihad Kalba and Al Dhafra were relegated to the 2011–12 UAE Division 1 Group A after finishing in the bottom two spots of the table at the end of the 2010–11 season. Al Ansar Football Club () is a football club based in Tariq El Jdideh, a district in Beirut, Lebanon, that competes in the . Formed in 1951, the club did not win its first Lebanese Premier League until 1988. They went on to set a world record by winning the league 11 seasons in a row.
