K-12
K-1 is a professional kickboxing promotion established in 1993 by karateka Kazuyoshi Ishii. Originally under the ownership of the Fighting and Entertainment Group (FEG), K-1 was considered to be the largest Kickboxing organization in the world. The organization was known for its heavyweight division fights and Grand Prix tournaments. K-1 also promoted mixed martial arts events, with some events having both kickboxing and MMA matches on their cards (such as their K-1 Premium Dynamite!!, Dynamite!! series). The promotion has also held several tournaments under K-2 and K-3 banners from 1993 to 1995. FEG would later face financial issues in the 2010s, and eventually went bankrupt in 2012. Adair is a town in Mayes County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 732 at the 2020 census, down from 790 in 2010. Named for two prominent Cherokee brothers, the town was established in 1883. It opened a Cherokee school. History Adair is named after two Cherokee brothers, William Penn Adair, a politician and jurist, and Dr. Walter Thompson Adair. It was established on March 15, 1883, and incorporated in 1897. History The history of Pensacola began ''circa'' 1840, with the establishment of a way station on the old Texas Road at the Cabin Creek Crossing of the Grand River (present-day Neosho River). Strang is a town in Mayes County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 64 at the 2020 census, down from 89 in 2010. History Strang was surveyed in 1913 by the Missouri, Oklahoma and Gulf Railway (later the Kansas, Oklahoma and Gulf Railway), who were building tracks towards Wagoner. A post office was also established in 1913, replacing the nearby Lynch post office, and the town was incorporated in 1921.
