Acción Emprendedora (AE) is a Nonprofit organization, non-profit organization founded in 2002 in Chile. The organization claims to seek the eradication of poverty by training and assisting poor small business owners and helping microenterprise, microentrepreneurs grow their businesses through education and mediating loan negotiations. Based in Santiago de Chile, it is present in seven major cities throughout Chile. In Chile, 98% of businesses are small businesses and micro-enterprises, and 62% of national employment is linked to micro enterprise, micro-enterprises, half of whose employees have not completed their basic education. Pablo Guerrero (born 18 October 1946 in Esparragosa de Lares) is a Spanish singer-songwriter, lyricist, and poet from Extremadura in Spain. Guerrero uses traditional harmonies and melodies from Extremadura, with flamenco, American folk music, rock, and jazz influences. In the mid-1980s he introduced African rhythms and rhythms from other cultures, including avant-garde styles such as minimalism, ambient, electronic, and random music.
