Sankaradi
Paravoor memana Kanakku Chembakaraman Parameswaran Chandrashekara Menon, better known by his screen name Sankaradi (14 July 1924 – 8 October 2001), was an Indian actor. He was a veteran Malayalam comedian and character artist, who had over 700 Malayalam films to his credit. He dominated the Malayalam film scene in the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s as a comedian along with Adoor Bhasi and Bahadoor. Later, he switched to character roles. Early life Sankaradi passed intermediate from Maharajas College, Ernakulam. Before entering films, Sankaradi briefly dabbled in politics, journalism and theatre. He had earlier joined the Indian National Congress, but later became a cardholder of the undivided Communist Party of India (CPI). Anandakuttan
Anandakuttan (1954 – 2016) was an Indian cinematographer who worked predominantly in Malayalam cinema. Kalaranjini
Kalaranjini is an Indian actress who started her career in the early 1980s. Personal life Kalaranjini has two sisters, Kalpana (Malayalam actress), Kalpana and Urvashi (actress), Urvashi, both of whom are actors. Anju (actress)
Anju is an Indian actress best known for her work in Malayalam and Tamil language, Tamil films and television series. Life Anju hails from Tamil Nadu and acts in TV drama, tele films and Indian soap opera, soap operas. She debuted at the age of two with the Tamil movie ''Uthiripookkal'' in 1979. She had acted in a Kannada cinema, Kannada and Telugu cinema, Telugu movies as well. She won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress in 1988 for the movie ''Rugmini, Rukmini''. The film sometimes spelled Rugmini was directed by K. P. Kumaran. She became known as Baby Anju because of her early roles as Child artist. Seema (actress)
Shanthakumari Nambiar, known by her stage name Seema, is an Indian actress known for her work in Malayalam cinema. Actor Vijayan gave her the screen name "Seema". Career Seema began her career in Tamil film at the age of 18 as a dancer. She debuted as an actress in director Lisa Baby's ''Nizhale Nee Sakshi'', but this film was shelved. (It was later completed with Vidhubala as heroine.) Veteran actor Vijayan rechristened her name as Seema during the filming of ''Nizhale Nee Sakshi''. Poovachal Khader (25 December 1948 – 22 June 2021) was a Malayalam lyricist from Kerala who worked mainly in Malayalam film industry. His first movie as a lyricist was ''Kaattuvithachavan'' (1973) but his first released movie was ''Chuzhi'' (1973). His last movie was ''Mothathi Kozhappa'' (2023). Biography Khader was born on Christmas day in 1948, in a village named Poovachal in the present-day Thiruvananthapuram district. His original name is Muhammed Abdul Khader. His parents are Aboobacker Pillai and Rabiyathul Adabiya Beevi. Chuzhi released in 1973 under the musical direction of M. S. John Paul Puthusery
John Paul (29 October 1950 – 23 April 2022) was an Indian scriptwriter, producer, author, and actor who worked in Malayalam cinema. He was best known for his work in the 1980s and early 1990s. Sukumari
Sukumari Amma (6 October 1940 – 26 March 2013) was an Indian actress best known for her works in Malayalam and Tamil films. In a career spanning more than five decades, She has appeared in more than 2500 films predominantly in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, along with few Hindi and one each in Sinhala, French, Italian, Bengali, Tulu, English and Kannada films. Sukumari began acting at the age of 10. In 2003, she was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India for her contributions toward the arts. She won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the Tamil film '' Namma Gramam'' (2010). Sukumari died on 26 March 2013 in Chennai, following a heart attack. Kesavan Venugopal (22 May 1948 – 11 October 2021), better known by his stage name Nedumudi Venu, was an Indian actor and screenwriter from Kerala, who predominantly worked in Malayalam cinema. He acted in more than 500 films, primarily in Malayalam cinema, Malayalam and also in Tamil cinema, Tamil in a career spanning nearly five decades. He wrote screenplays and directed one film.
