Aaron Philo ('''') is an American football quarterback for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. High school career Philo attended Prince Avenue Christian School in Bogart, Georgia. In 2023, Philo broke the Georgia state record for passing yards, which was previously held by Trevor Lawrence, finishing his high school career with 13,922 passing yards. As a senior, he threw for 4,596 yards and a single-season state-record 56 touchdowns. A three-star recruit, Philo decommitted from Minnesota, and flipped his commitment to play college football at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Zachary Pyron (born September 1, 2003) is an American football quarterback for the South Alabama Jaguars. He previously played for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. Early life and high school Pyron grew up in Fyffe, Alabama and attended Fyffe High School, leading the football team to win two Alabama 2A state titles. He would transfer to Pinson Valley High School in Pinson, Alabama during his junior year. He would lead the team to win the 6A state championship in 2020 and to the quarterfinals in 2021. He would earn a spot in the Elite 11 quarterback competition in 2021. He would originally commit to play college football at Baylor, but would later switch his commitment at Georgia Tech. The VMI Keydets football team represents the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia. The Keydets compete in the Southern Conference of the NCAA Division I FCS, and are coached by Danny Rocco, named head coach on December 3, 2022. VMI plays their home contests at 10,000-seat Alumni Memorial Field, as they have since 1962. Historically VMI's biggest rival was Virginia Tech. Today, VMI's biggest rival is The Citadel, as the two teams have battled 72 times, with The Citadel leading the series 40–30–2.
