Aahad Nayani
Aahad Nayani (Urdu: احد نایانی) is a Pakistani musician. He is known as one of the best drummers for the Pakistani pop rock band Strings and also for appearing in Coke Studio - Pakistan from season 7 to season 10. Early life Nayani was born in Karachi, Pakistan. His father, Wahid Ali Nayani, a hobbyist, used to play drums at his house which ignited a passion in his son to be a drummer. Nayani learned drumming from his father. Nayani’s first drum kit was a second-hand Yamaha 1974 series, which he got at the age of 15. Dream Theater is an American progressive metal band formed in 1985 under the name Majesty by John Petrucci, John Myung and Mike Portnoy while they attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. The ninth season of the Pakistani music television series '' Coke Studio'' commenced airing in Pakistan on 13 August 2016, concluded on 24 September 2016 and contained seven episodes. Season nine aired Fridays (digitally) and Saturdays (televised), on various timings and channels across the country. The eighth season of the Pakistani music television series '' Coke Studio'' premiered on 16 August 2015 and aired its finale on 4 October 2015. It aired a weekly episode every Sunday on various channels across Pakistan. The season was revived under the tagline of ''The Sound of Nation''. The debut producers of season 7, Strings duo and series regular producer Coca-Cola, continued their journey as producers in this season. Earlier, rumours were made that Rohail Hyatt would be back as a producer this season but he denied rumors saying "Just for the record, I'm not producing the next season of Coke Studio Pakistan (2015)....... Vater Percussion is an American manufacturing company based in Holbrook, Massachusetts. The company has always focused on percussion instruments, producing drum sticks, brushes and mallets. It was founded by Jack Adams, and is now run by his two grandsons Ron, Alan Vater. Although the company began producing sticks in 1956, it did not officially become "Vater Percussion" until much later. History The first sticks made by "Vater" were made by Jack Adams and Ron and Alan's godfather Fred Maichle in Jacks Drum Shop in Boston, Massachusetts. Jacks was one of the first shops to offer custom models, and began producing custom models for Buddy Rich, Philly Joe Jones and Elvin Jones.
