AL12 Alatus
''Al1'' (pronounced ''Alone'') is the fourth extended play by South Korean boy group Seventeen. It was released on May 22, 2017, by Pledis Entertainment. The album contains eight tracks, including the lead single "Don't Wanna Cry". Background and release On May 11, 2017, Pledis Entertainment released a video teaser on Seventeen's Instagram page in preparation for ''Al1''. The video features member Vernon wandering around a deserted road with a compass in his hand. Over the next five days, twelve similar trailers, one for each member, were released on Seventeen's social media accounts. While revealing teasers, Seventeen announced the tour that would accompany the album titled 'Diamond Edge', due to start in July. On May 17, they revealed the tracklist for the album. Hansol Vernon Chwe (born February 18, 1998), known mononymously as Vernon (), is a South Korean and American rapper, singer and songwriter. Managed by Pledis Entertainment, he is a member of the South Korean boy band Seventeen and its hip hop team. Vernon made his official solo debut with "Black Eye" on December 27, 2022. The Oricon Albums Chart is the Japanese music industry standard albums popularity chart issued daily, weekly, monthly and yearly by Oricon. Oricon originally published LP, CT, Cartridge and CD charts prior to the establishment of the Oricon Albums Chart on October 5, 1987. The Oricon Albums Chart's rankings are based on physical albums' sales. A Digital Albums Chart based on download sales was established on November 19, 2016. On December 24, 2018, Oricon introduced a Combined Albums Chart based on album-equivalent units. It counts physical sales, digital sales and streaming.
