AC Oulu
AC Oulu is a Finnish professional football club based in Oulu, currently playing in Finland's premier division, ''Veikkausliiga''. Formed in 2002, the club have played six seasons in Finland's highest football league Veikkausliiga and 16 seasons in the second highest league. They currently play their home games at Raatti Stadium, and the club colours are navy blue, and white. Dritan Stafsula
Dritan "Tani" Stafsula (born 16 July 1981) is an Albanian-born Finnish retired footballer, who finished his career at Finnish team Haukiputaan Pallo. He played the majority of his career however for AC Oulu. Club career Stafsula started his senior career with Oulu-based club Tervarit in 1999 in Finnish third-tier Kakkonen. The club were promoted and Stafsula played with Tervarit in Ykkönen until 2002, and for the 2003 season he joined newly formatted AC Oulu which inherited Tervarit's league spot in Ykkönen. Next year he moved to Veikkausliiga club AC Allianssi. In 2006, Stafsula moved to Norway and signed with Bodø/Glimt in Norwegian 1. divisjon. In his first season he made 20 appearances and scored one goal for his club, but he returned to AC Oulu on a loan deal for the 2007 Veikkausliiga season. Tromsø Idrettslag () is a Norwegian professional Football club (association football), football club based in Tromsø. Miika Juho Sakari Koskela (born 12 July 2003) is a Finnish professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Tromsø. Rovaniemen Palloseura (RoPS) is a football club founded in 1950 and based in Rovaniemi, Finland. RoPS played in the Finnish Premier Division, (''Veikkausliiga'') for 32 years, from 1981 to 2021. In 2021, RoPS withdrew from professional football and voluntarily relegated to the amateur ''Kakkonen'' division. Ricardo Duarte (born 1980)
Ricardo Filipe Lima Duarte (born 12 February 1980) is a Portuguese football manager, who most recently managed Finnish club FC Lahti in Veikkausliiga. Coaching career Duarte has worked as an assistant professor in the University of Lisbon, teaching football in the Faculty of Human Motricity. He worked also as an assistant coach of Primeira Liga club Vitória de Setúbal in the 2016–17 season. Duarte moved to Finland in 2018 and worked as an assistant coach of Petri Vuorinen in Vaasan Palloseura (VPS). Later in the Autumn 2018, he was named the training director of the Football Association of Finland. On 4 August 2020, Duarte was appointed the head coach of IF Gnistan in Finnish second-tier Ykkönen. The 2021 Veikkausliiga was the 91st season of top-tier football in Finland. HJK were the defending champions and successfully defended their title. Teams RoPS (relegated after eight years in the top flight) were relegated to Ykkönen after finishing at the bottom of the 2020 season. Their place was taken by Ykkönen champions AC Oulu (promoted after a ten-year absence).
