Köflach is a small city in the district of Voitsberg (district), Voitsberg in the Austrian state of Styria, at the foot of the Stubalpe mountain. Brightline West is a proposed privately run high-speed rail route, currently in early construction, to link the Las Vegas Valley and Rancho Cucamonga in Greater Los Angeles through the California high desert via Interstate 15.
