The 2025 Philippine local elections in Cagayan Valley are scheduled to be held on May 12, 2025. Batanes Governor Term-limited incumbent Marilou Cayco (Partido Federal ng Pilipinas) is running for the House of Representatives of the Philippines, House of Representatives in Batanes's at-large congressional district, Batanes's lone legislative district. All elected positions above the barangay level will be contested. The Cagayan Provincial Board is the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (provincial legislature) of the Philippine province of Cagayan.
