2025 Oregon Ducks Baseball Team
The 2025 Oregon Ducks baseball team represents the University of Oregon in the 2025 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Ducks play their home games at PK Park in Eugene, Oregon and are members of the Big Ten Conference in their first season, after spending the last 59 years in the Pac-12 Conference. The team is coached by Mark Wasikowski in his 6th season at Oregon. Previous season The Ducks ended the 2024 season with a record of 19–11 in conference play and 37–18 overall record good for 3rd place in the Pac-12. They would play in the Pac-12 tournament as the #3 Seed on Pool C in Game 1 they would lose to Utah and then in Game 2 would lose to the #4 seed USC. They would be invited to play in the 2024 NCAA Division I baseball tournament, they would be place in the Chapel Hill Super Regional where they would be the #1 seed but would lose to both #4 seed Grand Canyon and #2 seed Dallas Baptist. Mark Wasikowski
Mark P. Wasikowski (born March 24, 1971) is an American college baseball coach, currently serving as head coach of the Oregon Ducks baseball team. Wasikowski was a third baseman at Hawaii, Rancho Santiago and Pepperdine and was on the team that won the 1992 College World Series. He later earned All-West Coast Conference honors twice and was a team captain as a senior in 1993. Following the 1993 season, Wasikowski was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers, but he opted to stay at Pepperdine to complete his bachelor's degree. Beginning in 1997, Wasikowski was a graduate assistant at Southeast Missouri State University. Upon completion of the 1998 season, Wasikowski was named an assistant at Florida, where he was reunited with his former coach, Andy Lopez. Wasikowski would go with Lopez to Arizona, where he spent 10 season with the Wildcats. In 2012, Wasikowski was hired to be an assistant at Oregon. Dallas Baptist Patriots Baseball
The Dallas Baptist Patriots baseball team represents Dallas Baptist University, which is located in Dallas, Dallas, Texas. The Patriots are an NCAA Division I college baseball program that competes in Conference USA. They began competing in Division I in 2004 and joined the Missouri Valley Conference in 2014 after only one season with the Western Athletic Conference. They are the only Dallas Baptist program in Division I and Conference USA. All other Dallas Baptist programs compete in Division II's Lone Star Conference. DBU is also the only D-II member that competes in D-I baseball. The Dallas Baptist Patriots play all home games on campus at Horner Ballpark, Joan and Andy Horner Ballpark.
