2025 Michigan State Spartans Baseball Team
The 2025 Michigan State Spartans baseball team will represent Michigan State University in the 2025 NCAA Division I baseball season. Head coach Jake Boss will lead the Spartans in his seventeenth season. The Spartans are members of the Big Ten Conference and will play their home games at Jeff Ishbia Field at McLane Stadium in East Lansing, Michigan. Previous season The Spartans finished the 2024 season 24–27, including 11–13 in conference play, finishing in tenth place in their conference. Jake Boss
Jacob Boss Jr. is an Americans, American baseball coach and former player, who is the current head baseball coach of the Michigan State Spartans baseball, Michigan State Spartans. He played college baseball at Alma College for head coach Bill Klenk from 1990 to 1993. He then served as the head coach of the Eastern Michigan Eagles baseball, Eastern Michigan Eagles in 2008. Early career Boss played college baseball at Division III (NCAA), Division III Alma College from 1990–1993. In the mid-1990s, Boss served as a high school and community college baseball coach before accepting an assistant coaching position at Eastern Michigan prior to the 1997 season. An infielder is a baseball player stationed at one of four defensive "infield" positions on the baseball field, between first base and third base. Fluor Field At The West End
Fluor Field at the West End is a 6,700-seat baseball-only stadium in Greenville, South Carolina, that opened on April 6, 2006. Designed by architectural firm DLR Group, it was built as a new home of the Greenville Drive baseball team, the South Atlantic League affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. Features Fluor Field nearly replicates the dimensions of Fenway Park, home of the Red Sox. The ballpark has its own "Green Monster" replica, a 30-foot high wall in left field as opposed to the 37-foot one found at Fenway, and contains a manual scoreboard. Every other dimension is to the same specifications as Fenway Park, including "Pesky’s Pole" in right field. The Harvard Crimson baseball team is the varsity College baseball, intercollegiate baseball team of Harvard University, located in Boston, Boston, Massachusetts.
