2025 Miami Slam
The 2025 Miami Slam is an outdoor track and field meeting held from 2–4 May 2025 in Ansin Sports Complex, Miami, United States. It was the second meeting of the 2025 Grand Slam Track season, the debut season of Michael Johnson's Grand Slam Track league. Fred Kerley did not compete at the Miami slam due to being arrested and charged with battery on May 1, 2025. He was replaced by Brandon Hicklin. 2025 Miami Grand Slam

Alison Dos Santos
Alison Brendom Alves dos Santos (born 3 June 2000) is a Brazilian athlete specialising in the 400 metres hurdles. He is a bronze medalist from the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics, the 2022 World Champion and the third fastest athlete in the history of the event, in addition to being a gold medalist in the 2019 Pan American Games. Dos Santos is currently the South American and Pan American record holder in the competition. He was the 2022 Diamond League 400 m hurdles champion. Early life Dos Santos was born on 3 June 2000 in São Joaquim da Barra, Brazil to father Gerson and mother Sueli. 200 Metres
The 200 metres, or 200-meter dash, is a sprint running event. On an outdoor 400-metre racetrack, the race begins on the curve and ends on the home straight, so a combination of techniques is needed to successfully run the race. A slightly shorter race, called the '' stadion'' and run on a straight track, was the first recorded event at the ancient Olympic Games. The 200 m places more emphasis on speed endurance than shorter sprint distances as athletes predominantly rely on anaerobic energy system during the 200 m sprint. Similarly to other sprint distances, the 200 m begins from the starting blocks. When the sprinters adopt the 'set' position in the blocks they are able to adopt a more efficient starting posture and isometrically preload their muscles. Andre De Grasse (born 10 November 1994) is a Canadian Sprint (running), sprinter. A seven-time Olympic medallist, De Grasse is the 2020 Olympic champion in the Athletics at the 2020 Summer Olympics – Men's 200 metres, 200 m, and also won the silver in the 200 m Athletics at the 2016 Summer Olympics – Men's 200 metres, in 2016. Jerome Blake
Jerome Blake (born August 18, 1995) is a Canadian track and field athlete specializing in the sprint events. As a member of the Canadian relay team, he is the 2024 Olympic gold medallist, 2020 Olympic silver medallist and the 2022 World champion. Career Early career Blake was born in Buff Bay, Jamaica, where he started his young track career as a hurdler in the 400 m. After attending his brother's soccer game, he began testing his speed on track which a coach noticed and convinced him to switch to sprinting. The Blake family moved to Canada in 2013, taking up residence in Kelowna, British Columbia initially, and eventually moving to Burnaby. Benjamin Richardson (born 19 December 2003) is a South African track and field athlete who competes as a sprinter. He was born in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. Early life Richardson attended Nelspruit Primary School, TuksSport High School, and studied at the University of Pretoria in Pretoria. Career In 2021, he won the silver medal in the 100 metres at the 2021 World Athletics U20 Championships in Nairobi, Kenya. At the same competition he won gold as part of the South African relay team. Ackeem Blake
Ackeem Blake (born January 21, 2002) is a Jamaican sprinter. Blake came fourth in the 4 x 100 metres relay at the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon. Career In 2022, Blake competed at the Music City Track Carnival in Nashville, he ran a big personal best of 9.92s in the 100 m. However, World Athletics deemed the time to be unofficial and therefore it was not ratified. Blake did run sub-10 officially for the first time 7 days later at the New York City Grand Prix, clocking a time of 9.95s. Blake improved his time at the 2022 Jamaican Championships, finishing 3rd in the final with a time of 9.93s. Oblique Seville
Oblique Seville (born 16 March 2001) is a Jamaican track and field athlete who competes as a sprinter. He finished fourth in the men's 100 metres at the 2022 and 2023 World Athletics Championships. Career Seville attended Calabar High School and is coached by Racers Track Club coach Glen Mills. 2019 was a breakthrough year for Seville: At the 2019 CARIFTA Games in George Town, Cayman Islands, he won the 100 metres in a time of 10.24s as well as the 4x100 metres relay. He also won the 100m at the Jamaican U20 Championships in Kingston in 10.13s. The 100 metres, or 100-meter dash, is a sprint race in track and field competitions. The shortest common outdoor running distance, the dash is one of the most popular and prestigious events in the sport of athletics. It has been contested at the Summer Olympics since 1896 for men and since 1928 for women. The inaugural World Championships were in 1983. Agnes Jebet Ngetich
Agnes Jebet Ngetich (born 23 January 2001) is a Kenyan long-distance runner. She won two medals at the 2023 World Cross Country Championships with bronze in the senior women's race and team gold. In January 2024, with a time of 28:46, she set the 10 km run world record in Valencia, breaking the previous record by 28 seconds. En route to this time, Ngetich also broke the 5 km run world record, splitting 14:13 at 5 km which was 6 seconds faster than the previous world record. Grant Fisher
Grant Jackson Fisher (born April 22, 1997) is an American middle- and long-distance runner who is the world record holder in the short track 3000 m and 5000 m. Fisher also holds American records in the 3000 m, two mile, and 10,000 m events. At the 2024 Paris Olympics, Fisher won bronze medals in the 5000 m and 10,000 m, becoming the first American to medal in both events at an Olympic Games. In high school, Fisher was named Gatorade Player of the Year for cross country for the 2013–2014 and 2014–2015 seasons. On June 4, 2015, he became the seventh American high school student to run a mile under four minutes. He competed for Stanford University from 2015 to 2019, where he was a 12-time All-American.
