The 2024 Geneva Open (sponsored by Gonet) was a men's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the 21st edition of the Geneva Open and part of the ATP Tour 250 series of the 2024 ATP Tour. It took place at the Tennis Club de Genève in Geneva, Switzerland, from 18 to 25 May 2024. ATP World Tour 250 Series
The ATP 250 tournaments (previously known as the ''ATP World Tour 250'' tournaments, ''ATP International Series'', and ''ATP World Series'') are the lowest tier of annual men's tennis tournaments on the main ATP Tour, after the four Grand Slam tournaments, ATP Finals, ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, and ATP 500 tournaments. As of 2020, the series includes 39 tournaments, with 250 ranking points awarded to each singles champion—which accounts for the name of the series. Draws consist of 28, 32, or 48 for singles and 16 for doubles. Thomas Muster holds the record for most singles titles at 26, while Mike Bryan holds the record for most doubles titles won with 46. Sebastián Báez
Sebastián Báez (; born 28 December 2000) is an Argentine professional tennis player. Báez has a career high ATP singles ranking of world No. 32 achieved on 18 July 2022 and doubles ranking of world No. 514 achieved on 12 October 2020. Báez has won one ATP in 2022 and six ATP Challenger singles titles in 2021, 5 ITF titles and 1 ITF doubles title to date. Sumit Nagal
Sumit Nagal (born 16 August 1997) is an Indian professional tennis player. He won the 2015 Wimbledon boys' doubles title with his Vietnamese partner Lý Hoàng Nam, thus becoming the sixth Indian player to win a junior Grand Slam title. He is currently the highest- ranked Indian singles tennis player and since 2018, he has been a regular member of India's national Davis Cup squad.
