2024 GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup
The 2024 GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup is the fourteenth season of the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup since its inception in 2011 as the Blancpain Endurance Series. The season began on 7 April at Circuit Paul Ricard and ends on 23 November at Jeddah Corniche Circuit. Calendar The provisional calendar was released on July 1, 2023, at the SRO's annual 24 Hours of Spa press conference, featuring five rounds. GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup
The GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup, formerly for sponsorship reasons the Blancpain Endurance Series from 2011 to 2015 and Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup from 2016 to 2019, is a sports car racing series developed by SRO Motorsports Group and the Royal Automobile Club of Belgium (RACB) with approval from the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). It features grand tourer racing cars modified from production road cars complying with the FIA's GT3 regulations. The series's goal is to be an endurance racing championship for GT3 cars, similar to the European Le Mans Series which uses GTE cars and Le Mans Prototypes. The series was primarily sponsored by Swiss watchmaker Blancpain, and the company's Lamborghini Super Trofeo series serve as support races. Autodromo Nazionale Monza
The Monza Circuit ( it, Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, , National Automobile Racetrack of Monza) is a race track near the city of Monza, north of Milan, in Italy. Broc Feeney (born 18 October 2002) is an Australian racing driver competing in the Repco Supercars Championship for Triple Eight Race Engineering. He inherited Jamie Whincup's No. 88 Holden ZB Commodore following Whincup's retirement from full-time driving. Philip Ellis (born 9 October 1992) is a Swiss- British- German racing driver. He is currently competing for HTP Motorsport in the IMSA SportsCar Championship, having previously competed in the DTM for the same team. Career In 2011, Ellis won the Formula Lista Junior, a championship grouping together Formula BMWs, with the GU-Racing team. Mikaël Grenier (born October 17, 1992) is a Canadian racing driver from Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury. Career After karting, Grenier moved to Formula BMW Americas in 2008 with Apex-HBR Racing Team, finishing fourth in points with a pole at Road America and six podium finishes. Fabian Schiller (born 24 May 1997) is a German racing driver who currently competes in the Nürburgring Endurance Series.
