2024 BAL Kalahari Conference
The 2024 BAL Kalahari Conference is the inaugural season of the Kalahari Conference, one of the three conferences of the Basketball Africa League (BAL). The composition of the conference and the schedule were announced on 15 February 2024. The conference games began on 9 March and will end on 17 March 2024. FUS Rabat (basketball), FUS Rabat were the inaugural Kalahari Conference champions, after finishing ahead of Petro de Luanda (basketball), Petro de Luanda and the Cape Town Tigers. 2023–24 FUS Rabat Basketball Season
FUS Rabat plays the 2023–24 season in the Division Excellence and the Basketball Africa League (BAL), as well as in the Throne Cup competition. Yanick Pires Moreira (born July 31, 1991) is an Angolan professional basketball player for Kolossos Rodou of the Greek Basket League. He played two seasons of college basketball for the SMU Mustangs. Israel Oyoro Otobo (born 31 May 2004) is a Nigerian professional basketball player who currently plays for APR BBC of the Rwanda Basketball League and Basketball Africa League (BAL). Playing at Centre, he has played for the Nigeria national team since 2023. In the 2023–24 season Dynamo BBC plays internationally in the Basketball Africa League (BAL) and domestically in the Burundian Basketball Championship (Viva Basketball League for sponsorship reasons).
