Hi Corbett Field
Hi Corbett Field is a baseball park in the southwestern United States, located in Tucson, Arizona. With a seating capacity of approximately 9,500, it was the spring training home of the Colorado Rockies and Cleveland Indians of Major League Baseball, and is currently home to the University of Arizona Wildcats of the Big 12 Conference. 2023 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament
The 2023 NCAA Division I baseball tournament was the 76th edition of the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship. Brendan Michael Summerhill (born November 13, 2003) is an American college baseball outfielder for the Arizona Wildcats. Career Summerhill attended Whitney M. Young Magnet High School in Chicago, Illinois. During his high school career he hit .441. He committed to the University of Arizona to play college baseball. During the summer prior to his freshman year at Arizona he played for the Traverse City Pit Spitters. Summerhill played in 22 games with 18 starts his freshman year in 2023, hitting .259/.419/.414 with two home runs and six runs batted in (RBI) over 58 at bats. An outfielder is a person playing in one of the three defensive positions in baseball or softball, farthest from the batter. These defenders are the left fielder, the center fielder, and the right fielder. An infielder is a baseball player stationed at one of four defensive "infield" positions on the baseball field, between first base and third base. Catcher
Catcher is a position in baseball and softball. When a batter takes their turn to hit, the catcher crouches behind home plate, in front of the (home) umpire, and receives the ball from the pitcher. In addition to this primary duty, the catcher is also called upon to master many other skills in order to field the position well. The Naranjeros de Hermosillo () are a professional baseball team based in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. They compete in the Mexican Pacific League (LMP). Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium
Kino Sports Complex is a multiple-use sports complex in Tucson, Arizona. The Arizona Diamondbacks and Chicago White Sox formerly utilized the complex's main ballpark, Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium, for Cactus League games each March and had their minor league complexes on-site. The ballpark was also home to the Tucson Sidewinders of the Pacific Coast League for the team's last decade in Tucson, running from the stadium's 1998 opening season to the 2008 season.
