The 2024 Almaty Open was a professional men's tennis tournament held on indoor hard courts. It was the fifth edition of the tournament (moved this year from Astana to Almaty), and part of the ATP Tour 250 Series of the 2024 ATP Tour. Champions Singles * Karen Khachanov def. Almaty Arena
Almaty Arena (formerly Almaty Ice Palace) is a multi-purpose list of indoor arenas, indoor arena located in Almaty, Kazakhstan which was opened on 18 September 2016 and seats 12,000 spectators for ice hockey. Apart from hosting ice hockey matches, the arena is venue for basketball, boxing, concerts, curling, figure skating, futsal, MMA, tennis and other events. It is one of the venues to host the 2017 Winter Universiade. The arena is located in the north of punched Ryskulov Avenue, to the west from Momyshuly street in the Alatau District. Francisco Cerúndolo
Francisco Cerúndolo (; born 13 August 1998) is an Argentine professional tennis player. He has a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 18, achieved on 5 May 2025 and a doubles ranking of No. 203, achieved on 31 October 2022. He is currently the No. 1 player from Argentina and South America. After turning professional in 2018, Cerúndolo made his debut on the ATP Tour at the 2019 Argentina Open, the event at which he later broke through on tour in 2021 after reaching his first ATP singles final and becoming the first qualifier to contend for the title in 20 years. Mikhail Aleksandrovich Kukushkin (; born 26 December 1987) is a Russian-born Kazakhstani professional tennis player. He has a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 39, achieved on 25 February 2019. Career 2006–10: Turned pro, Masters debut, maiden ATP Tour title He turned pro in 2006. Aslan Kazbekovich Karatsev (, ; born 4 September 1993) is a Russian professional tennis player. He reached a career-high singles ranking of world No. 14 on 7 February 2022, and peaked at No. 76 in the doubles rankings on 16 May 2022. Karatsev had a career-best season in 2021. Benjamin Hassan
Benjamin Hassan (; born 4 February 1995) is a German-born tennis player, currently representing Lebanon. He has a career high ATP singles ranking of world No. 143, achieved on 17 June 2024 and a doubles ranking of No. 168, achieved on 7 April 2025. Hassan became the first Lebanese player to qualify for Roland Garros in the Open Era and to break into the top 200 in ATP Rankings history (since 1973). He is currently the No. 2 player from Lebanon. Daniel Evans (born 23 May 1990) is a British professional tennis player from England. He has been ranked as high as world No. 21 in singles by the ATP, which he achieved on 7 August 2023. He reached a career-high ranking of No. 52 in doubles on 26 April 2021. In 2015, he formed part of the winning British Davis Cup team.
