The 2023–24 Hong Kong Third Division League was the 10th season of Hong Kong Third Division since it became the fourth-tier football league in Hong Kong in 2014–15. The season began on 24 September 2023 and ended on 16 June 2024. Hong Kong Third Division League is the fourth-highest division overall in the Hong Kong football league system under the organization of Hong Kong Football Association. Starting with the 2012-13 Hong Kong Third Division League, 2012–13 season, the two divisions of the Hong Kong Third Division League were merged into one. Teams of the Third Division League in the 2012–13 team were the 2 final round losing team and the 3rd to 10th placed teams of Hong Kong Third A Division League, along with the 3rd and 4th placed teams of Hong Kong Third District Division League. 2024–25 Hong Kong Second Division League
The 2024–25 Hong Kong Second Division League was the 11th season of the Hong Kong Second Division since it became the third-tier football league in Hong Kong in 2014–15. The season began on 8 September 2024 and ended on 18 May 2025. Newly introduced this season, the table was split into two groups: one championship group of eight teams and one relegation group of seven teams after a single round-robin had been played. Tuen Mun Football Club () is a Hong Kong football club which currently competes in the Hong Kong Third Division. History Founded in 2001, the team had been representing Tuen Mun District to compete in the Hong Kong Third 'District' Division League, having won the Hong Kong Third 'District' Division League in the 2004–05 season. However, they became independent from the Tuen Mun District and joined the Hong Kong Third 'A' Division League. In the 2006–07 season, they became the champions of the Hong Kong Third 'A' Division League, but eventually lost in the Hong Kong Third Division League final round and failed to gain promotion. Sai Kung Friends Football Club () is a Hong Kong football club which currently competes in the Hong Kong Third Division. History In 1997–98, they finished third in Hong Kong Second Division, but due to first and second HKFC and Jung Fuk gave up on promotion to Hong Kong First Division. Sai Kung Friends were promoted to Hong Kong First Division for the first time. Although having Brazilian striker, Tomy Adriano Giacomeli on the team, their overall strength was rather weak. Of the 8 teams in the 1998-99 First Division, they ranked 7th. However, HKFC and Fire Services both declined promotion, allowing Friends to remain in the First Division. In 1999–2000, striker Tomy Adriano Giacomeli transferred to Happy Valley, Sai Kung Friends' strength continued to decline. Fukien Athletic Club () is a Hong Kong multi-sports club, best known for its football team. Its football club currently plays in the Hong Kong Third Division. History Fukien Athletic Club was founded in 1925. At the early period, the club was funded by Chinese businessman and philanthropist Tan Kah Kee, who heralded from Fujian, as well as by group of Fujian immigrants.
