2022–23 VVV-Venlo Season
The 2022–23 season is the 120th season in the history of VVV-Venlo and their second consecutive season in the second division of Dutch football. The club are participating in the Eerste Divisie and the KNVB Cup. The season covers the period from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023. Rick Kruys
Rick Kruys (; born 9 May 1985) is a Dutch professional football manager and former player who is the head coach of club Volendam. His father, Gert Kruys is also a former professional footballer and current manager. Club career Utrecht Kruys started his professional career in Utrecht in 2003. He played in Utrecht for five years and played over 100 league games. In 2008 Dutch media reported that Kruys would sign a -year contract with Malmö FF, and he eventually joined the team in July 2008. Malmö FF Due to injury problems Kruys would only play four games for his first season at the club. In 2009 Kruys played 13 games for the club in his best season this far at the club although still battling injuries. For the 2010 league winning season Kruys once again had much problems with injuries and played only four games. Kees De Boer
Cornelis Henricus Johannes "Kees" de Boer (born 13 May 2000) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Italian club Ternana. Club career Swansea City De Boer played youth football for FC Volendam, Ajax and Swansea City. He made his professional debut for Swansea's first team in a 3–1 home win over Northampton Town at Liberty Stadium in the EFL Cup. De Boer replaced Yan Dhanda in the 90th minute. ADO Den Haag On 2 June 2020, De Boer signed a two-year contract with Eredivisie club ADO Den Haag, after his contract with Swansea had expired. Özcan Yaşar
Özcan Yaşar (born 13 January 2002) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Turkish club Fethiyespor. Born in the Netherlands, he represents Turkey internationally. Club career Early years Yaşar played youth football for SV De Vecht and Elinkwijk, before joining the Utrecht youth academy in 2015. He made his debut for the reserve team Jong Utrecht in the Eerste Divisie on 10 January 2020, replacing Jeredy Hilterman in the 79th minute of a 2–1 away loss. SBV Vitesse Arnhem (''Stichting Betaald Voetbal Vitesse Arnhem, Eng: Professional Football Foundation Vitesse Arnhem''), widely known as Vitesse () or internationally known as Vitesse Arnhem, is a Dutch professional association football, football club located in the municipality of Arnhem. Daan Leonard Theodoor Huisman (born 26 July 2002) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Eindhoven. Club career Huisman played youth football for RKHVV and Vitesse, where coach Edward Sturing promoted him to the first team during training camp in Portugal during the 2020–21 winter break. Ian Hussein Ngobi
Ian Hussein Ngobi (born 11 April 2002) is a Dutch footballer who plays as a right-back for Eerste Klasse club Achilles '29. Career Born in Gennep, Limburg, Ngobi is the son of a Dutch mother and Ugandan father. He initially trained as a youngster with Vitesse '08 in his hometown before joining the VVV-Venlo academy. Redon Yahcuroo Roemer (born 22 July 2001) is a professional footballer who plays as a winger for Belgian fourth-tier Division 2 club Esperanza Pelt. Tristan Dekker (born 27 March 1998) is a Dutch professional association football, footballer who plays as a right-back for Veikkausliiga club Vaasan Palloseura, VPS.
