Özcan Yaşar
Özcan Yaşar (born 13 January 2002) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Turkish club Fethiyespor. Born in the Netherlands, he represents Turkey internationally. Club career Early years Yaşar played youth football for SV De Vecht and Elinkwijk, before joining the Utrecht youth academy in 2015. He made his debut for the reserve team Jong Utrecht in the Eerste Divisie on 10 January 2020, replacing Jeredy Hilterman in the 79th minute of a 2–1 away loss. In the summer of 2021, he moved to NAC Breda, where he was assigned to the under-21 squad. VVV-Venlo On 16 July 2022, Yaşar signed a one-year contract with VVV-Venlo with an option for an additional year, after a successful trial. The move reunited him with former Utrecht coach Rick Kruys. Loenen Aan De Vecht
Loenen aan de Vecht (or just Loenen) is a village in the Dutch province of Utrecht. It was the main village in the former municipality of Loenen. Since 2011 it has become part of the newly formed municipality of Stichtse Vecht. It lies about 10 km west of Hilversum. History The village was first mentioned in 953 as Lona, and is probably the name of a waterway. In 1978, it was officially named Loenen aan de Vecht to distinguish from the other villages named Loenen. Loenen developed along the river Vecht. was built next to the village in the 13th century. The castle was destroyed in 1296 after some of the murderers of Floris V, Count of Holland sought shelter in the castle. The area was confiscated by Holland and became an enclave within Utrecht. KNVB Cup
The KNVB Beker (; ), branded as the TOTO KNVB Beker for sponsorship reasons, is a competition in the Netherlands organised by the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) since 1898. It was based on the format of the English FA Cup. Outside the Netherlands, it is often referred to as the Dutch Cup. The Eredivisie (; "Honour Division" or "Premier Division") is a professional association football league in the Netherlands and the highest level of the Dutch football league system. The league was founded in 1956, two years after the start of professional football in the Netherlands.
