2022–23 PFC CSKA Sofia Season
The 2022–23 season is CSKA Sofia's 74th season in the Parva Liga (the top flight of Bulgarian football) and their seventh consecutive participation after their administrative relegation in the third division due to mounting financial troubles. In addition to the domestic league, CSKA Sofia participates in this season's edition of the Bulgarian Cup and UEFA Europa Conference League. Hristiyan Petrov
Hristiyan Ivaylov Petrov (; born 24 June 2002) is a Bulgarian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Eredivisie club Heerenveen and the Bulgaria national team. Career Petrov joined CSKA Sofia from the Lokomotiv Plovdiv academy in 2017, signing his first professional contract with CSKA on 23 June 2020. He made his professional league debut for the club on 22 August 2021. Petrov debuted in the UEFA Europa Conference League on 4 August 2022 against St Patrick's Athletic. Radoslav Zhivkov ( Bulgarian: Радослав Руменов Живков; born 27 March 1999) is a Bulgarian professional footballer who plays as a forward for CSKA Sofia II. Ivan Turitsov
Ivan Georgiev Turitsov (; born 18 July 1999) is a Bulgarian professional footballer who plays as a defender for CSKA Sofia. Career After progressing through the youth system at Litex Lovech, Turitsov joined CSKA Sofia's academy in July 2016, aged 17. In April 2017, after impressing with the U19 squad, he was promoted to the CSKA Sofia II. On 30 April 2017, Turitsov made his senior debut, playing full 90 minutes in a 2–3 home loss against Etar in the Second League. In July 2017, Turitsov was loaned back to Litex Lovech to gain experience as a first-team player. Thibaut Vion (born 11 December 1993) is a French professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Bulgarian First League club CSKA Sofia. Tobias Heintz (born 13 July 1998) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a winger for IFK Göteborg.
