2018 Rosenborg BK Season
The 2018 season is Rosenborg's 39th consecutive year in the top flight now known as Eliteserien, their 51st season in the top flight of Norwegian football. They will participate in Eliteserien, the Cup, the 2018 Mesterfinalen and the 2018-19 UEFA Champions League, entering at the First qualifying round stage. Kåre Ingebrigtsen started the season as manager but the club decided to remove him from the job after 4 years on July 19 and made Head of the academy Rini Coolen the manager. Rosenborg BK
Rosenborg Ballklub, commonly referred to simply as Rosenborg () or RBK, is a Norwegian professional association football, football club from Trondheim that plays in Eliteserien (football), Eliteserien. The club has won a record 26 league titles, a shared record 12 Norwegian Football Cup titles and have played more UEFA matches than any other Norwegian team. RBK play their home games at the all-seater Lerkendal Stadion which has a capacity of 21,421. The club was founded as Odd in 1917 but were not allowed to play amateur league matches until 1928, when they took the present name. Football is the most popular sport in Norway in terms of active membership (by television viewership football comes third, behind winter sports biathlon and cross-country skiing). Yann-Erik Randa Bahezre de Lanlay (born 14 May 1992) is a Norwegian footballer who plays as a winger for Viking in Eliteserien. Club career Early years De Lanlay was born in Norway to a French father and Norwegian mother, and is therefore eligible to play for both countries. He began playing football for Vaulen IL when he was five years old. Already then he stood out with his great technique. Matthías Vilhjálmsson
Matthías Vilhjálmsson (born 30 January 1987) is an Icelandic international footballer who plays as a striker for the Úrvalsdeild club Víkingur. He can as well play as a midfielder. He also played for the Icelandic national football team from 2009 to 2016. Nicklas Bendtner
Nicklas Bendtner (; born 16 January 1988) is a Danish former professional footballer who played as a forward. His preferred position was centre-forward, but he has also played on the right side of attack, and occasionally on the left. Anders Konradsen
Anders Ågnes Konradsen (born 18 July 1990) is a Norwegian former professional footballer. He has previously played for the Norwegian clubs Bodø/Glimt, Strømsgodset and Rosenborg, and the French club Rennes. He was a part of the Norwegian team that played in the 2013 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship, and has also been capped for Norway at senior level. Mike Lindemann Jensen (; born 19 February 1988) is a Danish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Danish 1st Division club HB Køge. He has also been capped by Denmark. Jensen joined the Brøndby youth academy at age 13, and made his professional debut for the club in the 2006–07 season as a promising talent. Tore Reginiussen (born 10 April 1986) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays for Alta. Birger Solberg Meling (born 17 December 1994) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for club Rennes. Vegar Eggen Hedenstad (born 26 June 1991) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Eliteserien club Vålerenga.
