The 2016–17 Liga Bolasepak Rakyat is the second season of the Liga Bolasepak Rakyat since its establishment in 2015. The league is currently the fourth level football league in Malaysia. There are 108 clubs participating in this season. Clubs from Johor did not participated in this season league.
