2013 Valparaiso Crusaders Football Team
The 2013 Valparaiso Crusaders football team represented Valparaiso University in the 2013 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by fourth-year head coach Dale Carlson and played their home games at Brown Field. They were a member of the Pioneer Football League. They finished the season 1–10, 1–7 in PFL play to finish in a tie for ninth place. Assistant coach Mike Gravier was promoted to interim head coach for the final game of the season when head coach Carlson was fired. Dale Carlson
Dale Carlson is an American football coach and former college player. He served as the head football coach at Lakeland College—now known as Lakeland University—in Plymouth, Wisconsin, from 1987 to 1989, Taylor University from 1990 to 1993, Tri-State University—now known as Trine University—from 1995 to 2002, Ohio Dominican University from 2003 to 2009, and Valparaiso University from 2010 to 2013, and Lindenwood University – Belleville from 2015 to 2016. In 2021, Carlson was the wide receivers coach for the Linemen of the Spring League. Tenney Stadium At Leonidoff Field
Tenney Stadium at Leonidoff Field is a 5,000-seat multi-purpose stadium in Poughkeepsie, New York. It is home to the Marist College Red Foxes football team. The field was named after Alex Leonidoff, a local physician and avid Marist Athletics supporter. The facility opened in 1968. At the conclusion of the 2006 football season, the existing grandstand was removed to make way for a more modern, updated facility including modern press boxes, luxury suites, home and away locker rooms, an athletic training room as well as a new concession stand. On October 6, 2007 began with the dedication of Tenney Stadium at Leonidoff Field. Bud and Jackie Sellick Bowl is a multi-purpose stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. It opened in 1928 and is home to the Butler University Bulldogs football and soccer teams.
