The 2012 Selangor FA Season was Selangor FA's 7th season playing soccer in the Malaysia Super League Since its inception in 2004. Selangor FA began the season on 10 January 2012. They will also compete in two domestic cups; The FA Cup Malaysia and Malaysia Cup. Safiq bin Rahim (Jawi alphabet, Jawi: صفيق بن رحيم; born 5 July 1987) is a Malaysian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Malaysian Super League club Johor Darul Ta'zim F.C., Johor Darul Ta'zim. He has represented the Malaysia national team since 2007. Safiq is widely regarded as one of the best Malaysian midfielders of all time. Ramez Jamal Dayoub ( ar, رامز جمال ديوب; born 9 August 1984) is a Lebanese former professional footballer who played as a defender. A former Lebanon national team player, Dayoub played in Lebanon, Myanmar, Bahrain, and Malaysia, before being banned from practicing football in 2013 due to his involvement in the Lebanese match-fixing scandal. Club career Starting his career at Safa, it was reported that Dayoub had moved to I-League side East Bengal in summer 2009. Mohd Azrul Ahmad
Mohd Azrul Ahmad (born 25 March 1985, in Penang, Malaysia) is a Malaysian professional football player who plays as a midfielder for Kelantan in the Malaysia Premier League. Club career Azrul made his debut with Penang in 2005.
