2010 Copa Constitució
The 2010 Copa Constitució was the eighteenth season of Andorra's football knockout tournament. The competition started on 17 January 2010 with the matches of the first elimination round and ended on 16 May 2010 with the Final. UE Sant Julià won the competition for the second time in three years with a 1–0 victory in the final over defending champions FC Santa Coloma. With the victory, UE Sant Julià earned a place in the second qualifying round of the 2010–11 UEFA Europa League, where they lost to Finnish side MYPA. Results First elimination round This round was entered by all teams from 2009 to 2010 Segona Divisió. The matches were played on 17 January 2010. Second elimination round The teams from 2009–10 Primera Divisió placed fifth to eighth after 7 rounds played – FC Encamp, UE Engordany, Inter Club d'Escaldes, and FC Lusitanos – enter in this round and will join the winners of the first elimination round. UE Sant Julià
Unió Esportiva Sant Julià, also known as UE Sant Julià, is an Andorran football club based in the parish of Sant Julià de Lòria. The club currently plays in Primera Divisió. History Founded in 1982 UE Sant Julià is the main football club of the Andorran Southern parish of Sant Julià de Lòria. The team have been playing in the top flight since the foundation of the Andorran Premier League in 1995. Since then UE Sant Julià have won the Andorran championship twice ( 2004–05 and 2008–09) and are five time Copa Constitució winners (2008, 2010, 2011, 2014 and 2015). Casa Estrella Del Benfica
Futbol Club Casa Estrella del Benfica was an Andorran football club from La Massana. They had played in the top flight of Andorra twice, in the 2008/09 and 2010/11 season. In 2014 the club was not registered in the Second Division for the 2014/15 season being out of competition and dissolved the same year. Like FC Lusitanos the club CE Benfica, founded in 2003, reflected its Portuguese identity. The club also had a good relation with Penya Encarnada d'Andorra. Colors and badge As the colors and badge are related with the Portuguese club S.L. Benfica. The traditional club color was red and the badge was a minor variation of the Benfica's sports club. Unió Esportiva Santa Coloma, also known as UE Santa Coloma, is a football club from Andorra based in the village of Santa Coloma, Andorra la Vella. The club currently plays in Primera Divisió. Inter Club d'Escaldes is an Andorran football club based in Escaldes-Engordany. The club currently plays in Primera Divisió. History Inter Club d'Escaldes was founded in Escaldes-Engordany in 1991 and being founder member of Primera Divisió in 1995, the Premier League of Andorra. Unió Esportiva Engordany is an Andorran football and basketball club based in Escaldes-Engordany. The club football section plays in Primera Divisió. History The club was founded on 2 October 1980 as Unió Esportiva Engordany Futbol Club in the main venue of Engordany by Manuel Puerta Martín, Manuel Varela Valés and Josep Rodríguez Sànchez. On 28 January 1981 the club was established and was later renamed simply as UE Engordany. FC Encamp
FC Encamp is an Andorran football club based in Encamp. Founded in 1950, it is the oldest football club of the Andorran First Division. The club currently plays in Primera Divisió. History FC Encamp was founded in 1950 being the dean of the Andorran premier league and the second football club created in the pyrenean country of Andorra after FC Andorra (founded in 1942). Successfully the team won the Primera Divisió in the 1995–96 season, and five years later their second league title (2001–02) qualifying for the UEFA Cup. 2009–10 Primera Divisió
The 2009–10 Primera Divisió was the fifteenth season of top-tier football in Andorra. It began in September 2009 and ended in May 2010. UE Sant Julià were the defending champions. FC Santa Coloma won the league championship and entered the first qualifying round of the 2010–11 UEFA Champions League, where they were defeated by Maltese side Birkirkara F.C. UE Engordany was relegated and will be replaced by Segona Divisió champions Casa Estrella del Benfica for the 2010–11 season. UE Extremenya
UE Extremenya is an Andorran football club based in the parish of La Massana. The club currently plays in Segona Divisió. History The club was founded in 1998 as CE Cerni. The club played the 1998–99 Campionat de Lliga, being relegated to the Segona Divisió at the end of the season.
