Emmanuel Nnamdi Uba (born 14 December 1958), is a Nigerian politician who served as Senator for the Anambra South Senatorial District of Anambra State from 2011 to 2019. Uba also won the 2007 Anambra State gubernatorial election on the platform of the People's Democratic Party but was declared unduly elected by the Supreme Court of Nigeria a month later. Dame Virginia Ngozi Etiaba (born 11 November 1942) is a Nigerian politician who served as Governor of Anambra State, a state in South-Eastern Nigeria, from November 2006 to February 2007. Etiaba was the first woman to serve as governor of a Nigerian state. She was instated as the previous governor, Peter Obi, was impeached by the state legislature for alleged gross misconduct. The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) is a political party in Nigeria.
