The 2005 National Football Challenge Cup was the 17th season of National Football Challenge Cup, the main cup tournament in Pakistani football. Pakistan Telecommunication won the cup, although their team was dissolved in the end of 2005 season. National Bank of Pakistan Football Club, commonly known as National Bank or NBP FC, served as the football section of National Bank of Pakistan until its dissolution in 2021. The Pakistan Army Football Club serves as the football section of the Pakistan Army. The club was established in 1950 by Pakistan Army and is the third oldest existing club in Pakistan after Karachi Port Trust (1887) and Pakistan Navy (1948). Baloch FC Quetta
Baloch Football Club Quetta is a football club based in Quetta, Pakistan. It last competed in Pakistan Premier League, after gaining promotion from 2020 PFF League. History In 2004, Baloch FC Quetta became one of the founding members of the Pakistan Premier League. The club was relegated at the end of the season after finishing 14th in the table. In the 2005–06 PFF National League, Baloch Quetta made its PFF debut against Pakistan Police which they lost. In the 2009–10 PFF League, Baloch Quetta qualified for the semi-finals. Afghan Football Club Chaman, or simply AFC Chaman, is a Pakistani professional football club based in Chaman, Balochistan, a border city of Pakistan near Afghanistan. The club last competed in the Pakistan Premier League. History Early years The club was founded in 1960 as Afghan Agency Chaman. Habib Bank Limited Football Club, abbreviated as HBL F.C., served as the football section of Habib Bank Limited. Based in Karachi, Sindh, the club competed in the National Football Championship and Pakistan Premier League. Sindh Government Press Football Club serves as the football section of the provincial Government of Sindh, Pakistan. It is based in Karachi. History The team first competed as West Pakistan Government Press, later being renamed as Sindh Government Press around 1962. K-Electric Football Club, commonly referred to as K-Electric F.C., or simply as KE, served as the football section of K-Electric. The club played in the Pakistan Premier League. Mauripur Baloch is a Pakistani football club based in the locality of Mauripur in Karachi, Sindh. It last competed in the PFF League.
