The 14th NFL Honors was an awards ceremony presented by the National Football League that honored players, coaches, and moments from the 2024 NFL season. It was held on February 6, 2025, at the Saenger Theater in New Orleans, Louisiana. It was broadcast by Fox and NFL Network and was hosted by rapper Snoop Dogg. Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was presented with the AP NFL Most Valuable Player award at the ceremony. NFL Honors
The NFL Honors is an annual awards presentation in the National Football League (NFL). From 2012 to 2021, it was held on the day before the Super Bowl. Since 2022, the ceremony is held on the Thursday before the Super Bowl, in the game's host city. The presentation was pre-recorded for same-day broadcast from 2012 to 2020. The AP NFL Offensive Player of the Year (OPOY) is an annual award presented by the Associated Press (AP) to the offensive player in the National Football League (NFL) deemed to have had the most outstanding season. The winner is chosen by votes from a nationwide panel of sportswriters who regularly follow the NFL. Marshall Faulk and Earl Campbell are the only players to have won the award three times, in three consecutive seasons. Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and typically line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and so back up the defensive linemen. They play closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary). Jared Verse (born November 4, 2000) is an American professional football linebacker for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Albany Great Danes and Florida State Seminoles. Verse was the 2020 CAA Defensive Rookie of the Year with Albany and a two-time All-American with Florida State. Jayden Daniels (born December 18, 2000) is an American professional American football, football quarterback for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). Daniels is considered a dual-threat player, being adept at both passing and running. Patrick Frank Surtain II ( ; born April 14, 2000) is an American professional American football, football cornerback for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL).
