Ramzan Kadyrov
Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov (born 5 October 1976) is a Russian politician and current head of the Chechen Republic. He was formerly affiliated with the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, Chechen independence movement, through his father who was the separatist-appointed mufti of Chechnya. He is a colonel general in the Russian military. The siege of Mariupol began on 24 February 2022 and lasted until 20 May, as part of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Magomed Salaudinovich Tushayev (; born 23 February 1986) is a Russian Colonel and advisor to the Head of the Chechen Republic. He was a commander of the 141st Special Motorized Regiment.
