Éric Fournier (born 13 April 1965) is a French politician serving as mayor of Chamonix since 2008. He concurrently serves as president of Vallée de Chamonix-Mont-Blanc since 2010. He is a member of the Regional Council of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes The Regional Council of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes () is the deliberative assembly of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in southeast-central France. Legislative elections were held in France on 9 and 16 June 2002, to elect the 12th National Assembly of the Fifth Republic, in a context of political crisis.
