2025 European Figure Skating Championships
The 2025 European Figure Skating Championships were held from 28 January to 2 February 2025 at the Tondiraba Ice Hall in Tallinn, Estonia. The competition determined the entry quotas for each skating federation at the 2026 European Championships. Medals were awarded in men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance. The competition was originally scheduled to be held in Zagreb, Croatia, but the Croatian Skating Federation backed out in May 2024 due to "unforeseen circumstances". Qualification Age and minimum TES requirements The competition was open to skaters from all European member nations of the International Skating Union. The corresponding competition for non-European skaters is the 2025 Four Continents Championships. The International Skating Union organizes six annual Championships for figure skating. It is at the discretion of each member country which skaters, pairs or synchronized skating teams are sent to which championship. No skater in Single skating, men's single skating, Single skating, women's single skating, pair skating and ice dancing can compete at all four competitions in one season, but some skaters have competed at all four over the course of their careers. Jade Hovine
Jade Hovine (born 11 June 2004) is a French-Belgian figure skater. She is the 2022 NRW Trophy champion and a four-time Belgian national silver medalist (2020, 2022-2024). Personal life Hovine was born in Lille, France on June 11, 2004, and grew up in Vaulx, Tournai. She lives in Nice, where she studies law at Côte d'Azur University. Career Early career Hovine began skating when she was six or seven in Tournai. She later trained in Wevelgem until the rink there closed and then in Ghent. Vladimir Andreyevich Litvintsev (; born 18 February 2001) is a Russian-Azerbaijani figure skater who represents Azerbaijan in singles skating, men's singles. He is the 2018 Volvo Open Cup champion, the 2019 Open Ice Mall Cup champion, and the 2018 Ice Star silver medalist. Stefanie Pesendorfer (born 31 August 2003) is an Austrian figure skater. She is the 2019 Tirnavia Ice Cup champion, the 2019 Prague Ice Cup champion, and the 2022 Austrian champion. Maurizio Zandron (born 15 November 1992) is an Italian-born figure skater who currently competes for Austria; he previously represented Italy until 2018.
