Viktor Baier
Viktor Baier (born 16 January 2005) is a Czech professional footballer who currently plays as a goalkeeper for Blau-Weiß Linz on loan from Viktoria Plzeň. Early life Baier was born in Příbram to former volleyball player Petr Baier, who played for the local side. As a child, he took an interest in volleyball himself, as well as playing ice hockey. Club career Baier began his career in the academy of Příbram, where he was coached by former professional goalkeeper Radek Sňozík, before moving to Viktoria Plzeň at the age of fifteen. After Viktoria Plzeň qualified for the UEFA Champions League ahead of the 2022–23 season, the under-19 side automatically qualified for the UEFA Youth League, and despite beginning their campaign with losses to Inter Milan and Barcelona, they recorded their first victory against German opposition Bayern Munich, with Baier establishing himself as the team's first-choice goalkeeper with impressive performances. Marián Tvrdoň (born 18 August 1994) is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Czech club Viktoria Plzeň. Club career Tvrdoň is a youth product of the Slovak side Nitra, and had a brief loan with the youth side of ViOn Zlaté Moravce. He began his senior career in the Czech Republic with FK Ústí nad Labem in 2014, and had several loans with lower-league Czech teams in his first couple of years. Returning to Ústí nad Labem, in the 2020–21 season, he was named goalkeeper of the season in the Czech National Football League. Miroslav Koubek
Miroslav Koubek (born 1 September 1951) is a Czech manager and former goalkeeper, currently managing Viktoria Plzeň. He won the Czech First League with Plzeň in the 2014–15 season. Coaching career Koubek coached several Czech clubs. He led SK Kladno to the Czech Second League title in the 2005–06 season, securing the club's return to top-flight football for the first time since 1970. In the 2008–09 season, he led FC Zenit Čáslav to second place in the Czech Second League and promotion to the First League, although Čáslav eventually sold the First League license to rivals and remained in the Second League. Jaroslav Drobný (; born 18 October 1979) is a Czech former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He currently works as the goalkeeping coach for German club Bayern Munich II.
