Tim Moore (Australian Politician)
Timothy John Moore (born 8 November 1948) is a Judge of the NSW Land and Environment Court and a former Australian politician. He was the Liberal member for Gordon in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1976 to 1992, and Minister from the Environment from 1989 to 1992. Career The son of Sir John Moore, he was educated at Knox Grammar School. He worked in various manual positions, including an iron ore mine in the Northern Territory, and in 1974 became Treasurer and Honorary Secretary of the Industrial Relations Society of Australia. In 1976, he was elected to the New South Wales Parliament as the Liberal member for Gordon. He completed his Bachelor of Law through the University of New South Wales in 1977, in which year he also became a Shadow Minister. Nick Greiner
Nicholas Frank Hugo Greiner (;) (born 27 April 1947) is an Australian politician who served as the 37th Premier of New South Wales from 1988 to 1992. Greiner was Leader of the New South Wales Division of the Liberal Party from 1983 to 1992 and Leader of the Opposition from 1983 to 1988. Greiner had served as the Federal President of the Liberal Party of Australia from 2017 to 2020. He is the current Consul-General in the United States of America, New York. Kevin Harrold
Kevin Joseph Harrold (13 June 1929 – 28 September 2012) was an Australian politician. He was the member for Gordon in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1973 to 1976, and was the only member of the Democratic Labor Party to win election to the New South Wales Parliament. Harrold was born in Bowral, and was educated there at St Thomas Aquinas School before attending Sydney Technical College. In 1960, he became an electrical contractor. Jeremy Stirton Prevost Kinross (born 18 December 1959) is a former Australian politician. He was the Liberal Party member for Gordon in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1992 to 1999. Kinross was born in Sydney to John Stirton Kinross and his wife Elisabeth. Jeremy Kinross was educated at The King's School, Parramatta, before attending the University of New South Wales and Macquarie University, receiving a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA, becoming both a Barrister and Chartered Accountant. The Supreme Court of New South Wales is the highest state court of the Australian State of New South Wales. The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) is an agency of the Government of New South Wales responsible for eliminating and investigating corrupt activities and enhancing the integrity of the state's public administration. The Commission was established in 1989, pursuant to the , modeled after the ICAC in Hong Kong. It is led by a Chief Commissioner appointed for a fixed five-year term; and two part-time Commissioners. Terry Metherell
Terry Alan Metherell (born 9 January 1947) is a former Australian politician who represented the Electoral district of Davidson in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1981 to 1992. When the Liberal Party won the 1988 election, Premier Nick Greiner appointed him Minister for Education and Youth Affairs, a portfolio he held until 1990. In October 1991, he resigned from the Liberal party and remained in Parliament until his resignation to take up an offer of a public service job. This offer led to the downfall of Greiner, who was found to have corruptly offered the position to force a by-election in Metherell's district. The National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is a directorate of the New South Wales Department of Planning and Environment responsible for managing most of the protected areas in the state of New South Wales, Australia.
