The Killers Are Our Guests
''The Killers Are Our Guests'' (originally titled ''Gli assassini sono nostri ospiti'') is a 1974 Italian crime-thriller film directed by Vincenzo Rigo. Plot Franco, Eliana and Mario rob a jewelry store in Milan and take flight. Franco, however, was injured in the shootout with the police, so the group decides to temporarily take refuge in the secluded villa of Dr. Malerba. Meanwhile, they wait the arrival of Eddy, the head of the organization, the tension in the house steadily rises. Anthony Steffen, born Antonio Luiz de Teffé von Hoonholtz (July 21, 1930 – June 4, 2004), was an Italian-Brazilian character actor, screenwriter and film producer. Steffen achieved fame as a leading man in Spaghetti Western features. He was also known as Antonio Luigi de Teffe. Margaret Lee (born Margaret Gwendolyn Box; 4 August 1943) is a British actress who was a popular leading lady in Italian films in the 1960s and 1970s. She is the mother of production manager/producer Roberto Malerba (from her marriage to Gino Malerba) and production coordinator Damian Anderson. Early career Lee was born in Wolverhampton, England, but raised in London, she was educated at the Italia Conti Theatre School in London; graduating in 1960. She moved to Rome shortly afterwards to pursue a career in films. Luigi Pistilli (19 July 192921 April 1996) was an Italian actor of stage, screen, and television. At one time Pistilli was one of Italy's most respected actors of stage, screen, and television. In theater, he was considered one of the country's finest interpreters of Bertolt Brecht's plays in ''The Threepenny Opera'' and '' St Joan of the Stockyards''.
