Team USF1
US F1 Team was a proposed Formula One team that was granted entry to the 2010 Formula One season, 2010 season. However, the team stopped work on its car and did not compete in 2010. It informed the FIA that it was not in a position to race and was removed from the official entry list. The team was fronted by former Stewart Haas Racing, Haas CNC Racing technical director Ken Anderson (motorsport), Ken Anderson and journalist (and former WilliamsF1, Williams and Scuderia Ferrari, Ferrari manager) Peter Windsor. US F1 was aiming to be the only F1 team based outside Europe, with their factory located in Charlotte, North Carolina, Charlotte, North Carolina. James Rossiter
James Stuart Rossiter (born 25 August 1983) is a British former professional racing driver, British motorsport executive and former team principal of Maserati MSG Racing in Formula E. He was a test driver for British American Racing, BAR, Honda in Formula One, Honda, Super Aguri F1, Super Aguri and Force India in Formula One and was due to drive for the proposed US F1 Team in the 2010 Formula One World Championship, 2010 season. Bernie Ecclestone
Bernard Charles Ecclestone (born 28 October 1930) is a British business magnate, motorsport executive and former racing driver. Widely known in journalism as the "F1 Supremo", Ecclestone founded the Formula One Group in 1987, controlling the commercial rights to Formula One until 2017. Born in Suffolk and raised in Bexleyheath, Ecclestone began his business career trading automotive parts after World War II. Concorde Agreement
The Concorde Agreement is a contract between the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), the Formula One teams and the Formula One Group which dictates the terms by which the teams compete in races, and how the television revenues and prize money is shared. There have been eight versions of the Concorde Agreement, all of which terms were kept strictly secret: the first one was signed in 1981, with newer agreements being signed in 1987, 1992, 1997, 1998, 2009, 2013; the current agreement was signed in 2021. The secrecy was broken by racing journalist Forrest Bond, when the 120-page 1997 Concorde Agreement was published at the end of 2005 by RaceFax.
