Stefano Pescosolido (; born 13 June 1971) is a former tennis player from Italy, who turned professional in 1989. Pescosolido was born in Sora. He represented his native country at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was defeated in the first round by Brazil's Fernando Meligeni. 2000 Wimbledon Championships – Men's Doubles
Todd Woodbridge and Mark Woodforde defeated Paul Haarhuis and Sandon Stolle in the final, 6–3, 6–4, 6–1, to win the gentlemen's doubles title at the 2000 Wimbledon Championships. It was their sixth Wimbledon title and eleventh and last major title overall, though Woodbridge would go on to win the title a further three times partnering Jonas Björkman. The Tel Aviv Open is an ATP World Tour affiliated tennis tournament. It was played from 1978 through 1981 and 1983 through 1996 and was to be resumed in 2014, marking the end of the tournament in St. Petersburg, however, the 2014 edition was cancelled due to security concerns arising from the ongoing war with the neighboring Gaza Strip, the event was scrapped permanently in 2015. On June 21, 2022, it was announced that the tournament would take place in 2022, albeit in a different venue than previous editions. Brad Gilbert
Brad Gilbert (born August 9, 1961) is a former professional tennis player and an American tennis coach. During his career, he won 20 singles titles and achieved a career-high singles ranking of world No. 4 in 1990, and a career-high doubles ranking of world No. 18 four years prior. He won a bronze medal at the 1988 Olympics, and both a gold medal and a silver medal at the 1981 Maccabiah Games. Since retiring from the tour, he has coached several top players, most notably Andre Agassi who won six of his eight Grand Slam titles under Gilbert's tutelage. The Tennis Channel Open was a men's tennis tournament on the ATP International Series which was held for the first time in Las Vegas, Nevada from February 27 to March 5, 2006. In the men's singles final, James Blake defeated Lleyton Hewitt while the men's doubles title was won by Bob and Mike Bryan. In 2005, The Tennis Channel purchased the tournament from IMG and moved it from Scottsdale to Las Vegas. In April 2008, The Tennis Channel announced that it was selling the tournament to the ATP, and the week the event had been held was now the first week of Davis Cup. Fernando Ariel Meligeni (born April 12, 1971), nicknamed ''Fininho'' (diminutive form in Portuguese for ''thin''), is a Brazilian former professional tennis player. He won 3 singles titles and reached the semi-finals of both the 1999 French Open and the 1996 Summer Olympics. He was well known because of his capacity of fighting at the court, taking matches to the limit (tiebreaks and five sets). His favorite surface was clay.
