Stanislav Kravchuk
Stanislav Kravchuk (born September 25, 1978, in Chirchiq) is an Uzbek-born Ukrainian freestyle skier, specializing in aerials. Career Kravchuk competed at the 1998, 2002, 2006 and 2010 Winter Olympics for Ukraine. In 1998, he qualified for the aerials final, ending up 9th. In 2002, he again qualified for the final, finishing 5th. In 2006, he placed 13th in the qualifying round, failing to advance to the final. In 2010, he placed 19th in the qualifying round of the aerials event, again failing to advance to the final. As of March 2013, his best showing at the World Championships is 5th, in 2003. Kravchuk made his World Cup debut in March 1997. As of March 2013, he has won two World Cup events and finished on the podium twelve times. Chirchiq
Chirchiq, also spelled as Chirchik, ( uz, Chirchiq / Чирчиқ; russian: Чирчик) is a district-level city in Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan. It is about 32 km northeast of Tashkent, along the river Chirchiq. Chirchiq lies in the Chatkal Mountains. The population of Chirchiq as of 2021 is approximately 162,800. FIS Freestyle World Ski Championships 2003
The 2003 FIS Freestyle World Ski Championships were held between January 31 and February 2 at the Deer Valley ski resort in northern Utah near Park City, United States. The World Championships featured both men's and women's events in the Moguls, Aerials and Dual Moguls. Results The moguls and aerials events held qualifying rounds and finals. Men's and Women's qualifying and final rounds were held on the same day with two days in between the qualifying and final rounds of each sex. Cypress Mountain is a ski area in West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, located in the southern section of Cypress Provincial Park, operated under a BC Parks Park Use Permit. The ski resort is a 30-minute drive north of downtown Vancouver, and has 53 named alpine ski runs (many accessible for night skiing) and 19 km of cross country trails. Rukatunturi ( fi, Ruka) is a high fell and a ski resort in Kuusamo, Finland. Apart from downhill skiing, there are over 500 km of cross-country skiing tracks. Also snowmobiles can be rented to enjoy some of the area's 600 km of snowmobile routes (of which 100 km are safari organizers' private routes). Ruka is also the southern end of the Karhunkierros hiking trail.
