Skynd (band)
Skynd (stylised as SKYND) is an industrial rock band consisting of a lead singer named Skynd, and a multi-instrumentalist named Father. Their music applies the grim aesthetic of true crime, with songs largely based on disturbing deaths and murders. They have released songs about topics such as the death of Elisa Lam, the Death of Conrad Roy, manslaughter of Conrad Roy, and the mass suicide in Jonestown. History Skynd is known for her diverse vocal styles, ranging from high pitch to low pitch and often with an inhuman element. Notably, Jonathan Davis of Korn is a fan and joined Skynd in her song "Gary Heidnik". Davis appeared in the music video as well. Skynd's first headliner performance was at Electrowerkz in 2019 where she dressed in a motley combination of corpse paint and Victorian-styled clothing. Electrowerkz is a four-floor music venue in Islington, London. In addition to mainstream club nights, it hosts the regular goth night club Slimelight and many other club, live music and events. John Wayne Gacy (March 17, 1942 – May 10, 1994) was an American serial killer and sex offender who raped, tortured and murdered at least thirty-three young men and boys in Norwood Park Township, Cook County, Illinois, Norwood Park Township, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. He became known as the "Killer Clown" due to his public performances as a clown prior to the discovery of his crimes. Gacy committed all of his known murders inside his ranch-style house. Armin Meiwes
Armin Meiwes (; born 1 December 1961) is a German former computer repair technician who received international attention for murdering and cannibalising Bernd Brandes, whom he had found via the Internet as a voluntary victim, in March 2001. After Meiwes and the victim jointly attempted to eat the victim's severed penis, Meiwes murdered his victim and proceeded to eat a large amount of his flesh. He was arrested in December 2002. In January 2004, Meiwes was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to eight years and six months in prison. In a retrial in May 2006, he was convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. Because of his acts, Meiwes is also known as the Rotenburg Cannibal or (The Master Butcher), from the signature he used in his e-mails. Watts Family Murders
In the early hours of August 13, 2018, in Frederick, Colorado, Christopher Lee Watts (born May 16, 1985) murdered his pregnant wife Shanann (34) by strangulation, and their two children Bella (4) and Celeste (3) by suffocation. He buried Shanann in a shallow grave near an oil-storage facility, and dumped his children's bodies into crude oil tanks. Watts initially maintained his innocence in his family's disappearance, but was arrested on August 15, after confessing in an interview with detectives to murdering Shanann. Months later, he also admitted to murdering his children.
