Peter Andre (born Peter James Andrea, 27 February 1973) is an English-Australian singer and television personality of Australian descent. Andre gained popularity as a singer, best known for his singles " Mysterious Girl" and " Flava". He is also known for appearing on the third series of '' I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!'', and the thirteenth series of '' Strictly Come Dancing'', in which he was partnered with Janette Manrara. During his time on ''I'm a Celebrity'', Andre developed an on-screen romantic relationship with fellow contestant Katie Price. Andre and Price were married two years after the show's finale; they had two children, and together they released the album ''A Whole New World'' (2006), before divorcing in 2009. In 2009, Andre released the album ''Revelation'', with the single " Behind Closed Doors", which reached No. 4 on the UK Singles Chart. "Behind Closed Doors" is a single by British singer-songwriter Peter Andre, the first single from his sixth studio album ''Revelation''. It was released on 9 August 2009. The song was written by Andre, AC Burrell and Francesca "Francci" Richard. The song had its first airplay on Chris Moyles' BBC Radio 1 show and received heavy airplay on music channels. The lyrics in the song reflect when Andre and Katie Price publicised their relationship which resulted in divorce in May 2009. He debuted the song at T4 on the Beach on 19 July 2009. Background After being dropped from East West Records, Andre began recording songs with his then current wife, Katie Price, in their private recording studio in Surrey. Andre planned to keep the songs as private recordings, and had decided to change his focus from the music industry to his family. However, several of the songs were leaked onto the internet in 2006. Andre was later contacted by Absolute Marketing and Universal Music Group, who perceived an interest in releasing the recordings as an album. The album was officially released on 27 November 2006.
