Patrik Lundqvist
Axel Patrik Lundqvist (born 1984) is a Swedish politician and member of the Riksdag, the national legislature. A member of the Social Democratic Party, he has represented Gävleborg County since September 2014. Lundqvist is the son of Per Lundqvist and personnel manager Lena Jernberg. He was educated in Sandviken. He has been a mechanic/crane inspector at Sandvik SMT since 2006. Gävleborg County ( sv, Gävleborgs Län) is one of the 29 multi-member constituencies of the Riksdag, the national legislature of Sweden. The constituency was established in 1970 when the Riksdag changed from a bicameral legislature to a unicameral legislature. It is conterminous with the county of Gävleborg. The constituency currently elects nine of the 349 members of the Riksdag using the open party-list proportional representation electoral system. Sandviken
Sandviken is a locality and the seat of Sandviken Municipality in Gävleborg County, Sweden with 39,234 inhabitants in 2019. It is situated about 25 km west of Gävle and lies approximately 190 km north of Stockholm. The rail journey to Stockholm takes about 2 hours and to Arlanda, Sweden's main international airport, no more than 1.5 hours. Sandviken Municipality (''Sandvikens kommun'') is a municipality in Gävleborg County, in east central Sweden. The seat is the town of Sandviken. The present municipality was created in 1971 through the amalgamation of the City of Sandviken (itself instituted in 1943) with a number of surrounding rural municipalities.
