Pasir Ris–Changi Group Representation Constituency
The Pasir Ris–Changi Group Representation Constituency is a four-member Group Representation Constituency (GRC) in the eastern region of Singapore. It consists of part of the former Siglap ward of East Coast GRC and the three Pasir Ris divisions of the defunct Pasir Ris–Punggol GRC. It was claimed that the creation of this GRC was due to the formation of Punggol GRC to reflect the identity of Punggol. As a result, the Pasir Ris divisions merged with the private estates of Loyang and Flora, as well as Changi Airport, Changi Village, Pulau Tekong and Pulau Ubin, all of which had belonged to East Coast GRC. Pulau Tekong
Pulau Tekong (Singapore English pronunciation: ), also known colloquially as Tekong or Tekong Island, is the second-largest of Singapore's outlying islands after Jurong Island. Tekong is located off Singapore's northeastern coast, east of Pulau Ubin. Since the 1990s, the island has been used by the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and public access is generally restricted. Changi Bay
Changi Bay is a planning area located in the geographical region of Tanah Merah in the East Region of Singapore. The planning area is bordered by Changi to the west and the South China Sea to the east, north and south. This planning area also includes the South China Sea island of Pedra Branca. The area encompasses 1.7 square kilometres, and with the exception of the two islands, consists entirely of reclaimed land. Despite its remote location, it is the site of installations like the Changi Naval Base, Navy Museum and SAF Yacht Club (Changi). There are no residents permanently living in the area and there are also currently no plans for permanent residential settlement in that area. Changi
Changi ( ) is a planning area located in the geographical region of Tanah Merah in the East Region of Singapore. Sharing borders with Pasir Ris and Tampines to the west, Changi Bay to the southeast, the South China Sea to the east and the Serangoon Harbour to the north. It is further divided into the subzones Changi Airport, Changi Point and Changi West. Changi, excluding the two water catchments and islands of Singapore, is the largest planning area by land size. Desmond Lim Bak Chuan ( zh, s=林睦荃, p=Lín Mùquán; born 1967) is a Singaporean politician. He is the secretary-general of the Singapore Justice Party (SJP), a political party in Singapore. He is also the chairman of the Singapore Democratic Alliance (SDA), a political alliance of several political parties in Singapore including SJP. He was the secretary-general of SDA from 2009 to 2011. The Tanjong Pagar Group Representation Constituency is a five-member Group Representation Constituency (GRC) in Central and Western Singapore. The five divisions consists: Buona Vista, Telok Blangah, Moulmein-Cairnhill, Tanjong Pagar- Tiong Bahru and Henderson-Dawson managed by Tanjong Pagar Town Council.
